Cardboard Kingdom is our collection of playful portrait experiences made for childhood in all its wonderfully strange glory.
These aren't perfectly posed portraits with everyone looking at the camera. We photograph the expressions, movement, silliness and little in-between moments that make your child your child — with a little make-believe thrown in.

THE CARDBOARD HAT SESSIONS

Each of our cardboard creations is designed and made by hand, imperfections and all. Right now, our tiny collection includes:

More creatures and creations are always in the works. Come in a favorite outfit, something wonderfully weird, or even a costume.
Because they're handmade, our hats are limited and need to be handled with a little love. Most sessions include one or two hat choices depending on the number of children participating. We keep the backdrop simple and let the kid — and the cardboard — steal the show.

Come dressed for the occasion. We'll build the world around you.
Throughout the year, Cardboard Kingdom transforms with limited-edition handmade sets inspired by holidays, celebrations and a little bit of make-believe.
Our sets stay intentionally simple: hand-cut cardboard elements, playful shapes, and a touch of whimsy rather than elaborate photo-studio scenery.
For Halloween, step into a moonlit cardboard world of bats, clouds and stars. Kids can arrive in their Halloween costumes and simply have fun while we capture them being themselves.
Unlike our Cardboard Hat Sessions, Seasonal Stories are made for kids AND grown-ups, so bring the whole crew if you'd like.
